Session 1

Session 1 is a free 15 minute consultation which can be done in person or online, to book a consultation please complete the necessary fields on the “Book a session” page.

As a heads up the first session will consist of a series of questions surrounding your personal nutritional goals and habits. Some anthropometric data will be recorded to provide baseline readings.

Session 2

Session 2 will be about gaining a better understanding of your nutritional patterns so that I can begin to make relevant recommendations to help you to achieve your goals. During this 1 hour session you can ask any questions you may have surrounding nutrition.

An informative nutrition Power Point will be presented at the beginning of this session. A personalised nutrition PDF template will be provided and discussed after. You will also be sent a general knowledge nutrition questionnaire to be completed in your own time along with food diaries for you to complete. Following this session you will be given access to the “Members Area” where I will post weekly content and answer any questions you may have.
